What you will do

Support the FP&S team in delivering timely and accurate financial analysis, reporting and planning activities, contributing to business performance monitoring and decision-making processes. The internship offers exposure to a dynamic environment and the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders across Finance, Sales, HR and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support monthly closing, reporting and variance analysis activities.
  • Maintain and improve financial models and reporting files.
  • Support the development and automation of dashboards and Power BI reports.
  • Support the analisys of the business performance and provide insights on KPIs.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and materials for management reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) to collect and validate financial information.
  • Support ad hoc analyses and projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering.
  • Previous experience, even if limited, in business or corporate environments.
  • Fluent proficiency in both Italian and English.
