What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a 4‑axle mixer truck to deliver ready‑mixed concrete to customer job sites.
- Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to support efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete all required safety, environmental, and quality documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing Heidelberg Materials professionally on job sites.
What Are We Looking For
- Valid commercial driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently in varied conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety, communication, and teamwork.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and climbing, as part of daily work.
