What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support a team responsible for maintaining critical cement plant mechanical equipment.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance.
- Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and prioritize maintenance resources, materials, and schedules to meet operational objectives.
- Analyze equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance teams in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and reliability-focused maintenance practices.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute maintenance activities while balancing multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across departments.
- Commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
