What You'll Be Doing
- Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on cement plant equipment and systems
- Install, inspect, and test electrical components to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Support automation, controls, and instrumentation used in cement plant processes
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues efficiently
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated capability with industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Competency working with industrial electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation
- Strong commitment to safety practices and safe work procedures including LOTOTO
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in an industrial environment

Conditions of Employment
- Work a rotating shift between evenings and days.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
