What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily quarry operations to meet production, safety, and quality targets
- Supervise and support equipment operators and plant personnel to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor site conditions and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Schedule and prioritize work activities to optimize equipment utilization and productivity
- Train, coach, and guide team members while promoting continuous improvement and teamwork
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a production environment
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational best practices
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting
- Working knowledge of quarry operations, mobile equipment, and production processes
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt to changing operational needs
