Solution Architect RFID & Retail Technology
Primark · Dublin, Ireland · full-time · Hybrid · September 23, 2026
Why a CV for this job?
- They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
- It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
- In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
- Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.
What you'll do
- Lead the design of end-to-end RFID solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
- Develop and maintain solution architectures, technical designs, blueprints and documentation.
- Provide architectural governance and technical leadership throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business, product and engineering teams to define scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, resilience and scalability requirements.
- Evaluate technologies, vendors and solution options, providing recommendations and managing technical risks.
- Support successful implementation and integration of RFID capabilities across retail and supply chain platforms.
What you'll bring
- Strong experience as a Solution Architect within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proven experience designing and delivering RFID solutions within retail or supply chain operations.
- Deep understanding of retail technology, inventory management and stock visibility processes.
- Experience integrating RFID platforms with enterprise applications and operational systems.
