Why a CV for this job?
- They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
- It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
- In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
- Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.
From imagination to automation. Join a select cohort of graduates helping shape the next generation of intelligent robots through Applied AI, Robot Learning, Foundation Models and Embodied AI. At KUKA, your work doesn't remain a research paper or a simulation. You will develop AI technologies that interact with the physical world, power real robots and help create the future of industrial automation. Create what comes next. Artificial Intelligence is transforming how robots perceive, reason and act. At KUKA, we are combining decades of robotics expertise with the latest advances in Machine Learning, Vision-Language Models, Robot Learning and Physical AI. As part of our AI Graduate Program, you will work alongside leading robotics and AI experts on technologies that bridge the gap between digital intelligence and physical execution. From simulation to deployment, from data to robot motion, from foundation models to autonomous systems, your ideas become real automation running in factories, warehouses and other customer environments around the world. What Makes This Program Different? Work on AI that leaves the screen. Many organizations build AI software. At KUKA, you will help build AI-powered systems that see, reason, act and interact with the physical world. You will contribute to technologies such as:
Robot Learning
Vision-Language-Action Models
Foundation Models for Robotics
AI-driven Motion Planning
Simulation & Digital Twins
Physical AI Infrastructure
Your models don't just generate outputs. They move robots. Why Join KUKA? Real-world engineering impact. See your work deployed on physical robotic systems and industrial automation solutions used by customers worldwide. Solve global challenges together. Work with software engineers, roboticists, AI researchers and domain experts across disciplines, segments and countries. Build automation that matters. Contribute to technologies that make work safer, supply chains stronger and industries smarter. Own your growth journey. Receive mentoring from robotics and AI experts while developing future-critical capabilities in Embodied AI and Intelligent Automation.
