SAP Technical Lead
The SAP Technical Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of SAP technical solutions. This role involves overseeing ABAP development, ensuring high-quality coding standards, and managing system integrations while working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.

Your Role
Design, Development and implement SAP technical solutions aligned with business requirements
Lead ABAP development (RICEFW objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to standards
Manage system integrations (IDOCs, APIs, RFCs, OData, middleware)
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical designs
Oversee transport management and deployment activities
Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely defect resolution
Optimize performance using HANA best practices (CDS, AMDP)
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and documentation standards
Your Profile
Strong expertise in ABAP, S/4HANA, and SAP integrations and Object-Oriented ABAP.
Knowledge of S/4HANA, CDS, AMDP, Fiori/UI5, ODATA
Experience in integrations (API, CPI,BTP, PI/PO)
Understanding of SAP FI and MDG and hands-on experience
Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
PI/PO, CPI/BTP, OData services, AMS/support delivery, job monitoring tools, and team leadership experience.
Knowledge in: banking domain experience.
