Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for ongoing projects in Kilkelly, Mayo. This role involves managing cost estimation, budget control, and contractual documentation for various infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered within financial targets, providing accurate cost analysis and assisting in procurement and contractual negotiations.
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within infrastructure or civil engineering projects
- Excellent knowledge of contractual and commercial procedures
- Strong ability to manage budgets, tendering, and cost control processes
- Experience in handling procurement and contractual negotiations
- Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
