Key Supplier Contract Manager
Alstom · Montreal, Canada · On site · September 17, 2026
Why a CV for this job?
- They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
- It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
- In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
- Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.
Your Role, Your Impact
- Lead scalable contract management processes to optimize supplier performance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, and project teams to align supplier strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure reliability by monitoring contract compliance and resolving issues swiftly to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and integrating best practices in supplier management.
- Promote knowledge sharing by mentoring team members and facilitating continuous learning within the contract management function.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supplier contract management, procurement, or related roles.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and risk assessment tools.
- Strong understanding of rail industry standards, compliance, and operational excellence principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
