Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

  • Producing and maintaining technical documentation, including functional specifications, technical notes, and test procedures
  • Designing, executing, and maintaining unit, integration, and system-level testing to ensure software quality and performance
  • Delivering project objectives while meeting Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in software development, automated testing development, or related engineering roles
  • Proficiency in, or strong interest in developing with, technologies such as PHP, Python, Rust, and Bash/Shell scripting
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools, preferably GitLab CI
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including system administration, service management, troubleshooting, and debugging

  • Knowledge of FreeBSD is considered a strong advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a regulated industrial environment with a strong focus on cybersecurity, reliability, and compliance
