Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Zamawianie komponentów i podzespołów elektronicznych
  • Samodzielne planowanie i prowadzenie wybranych kategorii zakupowych
  • Przygotowywanie zapytań, analiza ofert
  • Dbanie o terminowość i jakość dostaw
  • Prognozowanie oraz tworzenie harmonogramów dostaw i zakupów
  • Monitorowanie stanów magazynowych i rotacji oraz sporządzanie zamówień
  • Kontrola i minimalizacja wydatków poprzez wdrażanie rozwiązań mających na celu optymalizację finansową i operacyjną w zakresie zakupów, oraz procesów zakupowych
  • Koordynacja współpracy z dostawcami i klientami (zewnętrznymi i wewnętrznymi)

Nasze wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Min. 2 lata doświadczenia w firmie produkcyjnej w dziale zakupów
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość systemu SAP S/4HANA
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office (w szczególności MS Excel)
  • Nastawienie na realizację wyznaczonych celów
  • Wysokie umiejętności organizacyjne

Mile widziane:

  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka niemieckiego
