Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

Position Summary

Acron Aviation is seeking a Systems Engineering Functional Lead & HCL Coordinator to lead independent systems development and verification and validation (IV&V) activities for safety-critical avionics products. This role serves as the primary offshore focal point between Acron Aviation engineering teams and HCL delivery teams, ensuring execution quality, technical rigor, schedule alignment, and certification readiness.

The successful candidate will combine hands-on technical development and verification expertise with team leadership, partner coordination, and day-to-day execution management. This individual will provide technical direction, oversee work assignments, review deliverables, drive issue resolution, and maintain alignment across software, systems, hardware, certification, and program stakeholders.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong ownership, technical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision across globally distributed teams. This role may require occasional international travel to Acron Aviation sites, customer locations, certification events, and engineering integration activities.
