What You'll Be Doing
- Perform general clean-up and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment
- Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed
- Monitor and report equipment or safety issues to supervisors
- Support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures
- Participate in team efforts to maintain a safe and productive work environment
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow safety protocols
- Capability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and operate heavy equipment and tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and self-motivated with a positive attitude
