[BD] IT Project Operation Assistant Intern (6-Month Internship)

What You Will Do (Learning by Doing)

• Project & Operation SupportSupport meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and operational coordination activitiesAttend meetings, capture meeting minutes, action items, and follow up until closureMaintain trackers for actions, milestones, risks, and key deliverablesPrepare concise weekly updates and operational reports
• Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teamsHelp ensure clear ownership, timelines, and communication across teamsSupport workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities
• Operational ExcellenceCreate and improve templates, trackers, and documentation standardsSupport process improvements to make operations more structured and efficientLearn how global product organizations manage execution, planning, and delivery cadence

Must-Have

• 3rd or 4th-year student in Engineering, IT, Business, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields
• University recommendation/introduction letter for internship is mandatory
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through mindset
• Proactive, responsible, and eager-to-learn attitude
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to Have

• Exposure to project management, Agile, or software/product environments
• Experience organizing university events, club activities, or team projects
• Basic knowledge of reporting/dashboard tools such as Excel or Power BI
