What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
  • Inspect, test, and maintain mechanical systems in accordance with safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding, and fabrication techniques
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures
  • Flexibility to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
