ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India

ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region.

ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

The Global Business Center - Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil’s operations around the globe.

What role will you play in our team

Business Engagement & Process Discovery

Partner with Supply Chain Capability Leads, Business Process Owners, and Operational Teams to understand business objectives and challenges.

Facilitate process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.

Gather, document, and validate business requirements and process scope.

Establish alignment across business and technology stakeholders.

Process Modeling & Documentation

Develop and maintain end-to-end process models using Celonis or SAP Signavio. Using BPMN 2.0 standards

Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process flows.

Create process hierarchies, value streams, process relationships, and supporting documentation.

Maintain process repositories and governance standards.

Ensure process documentation follows enterprise BPM standards.

Process Mining & Analysis

Leverage Celonis to analyze execution data and identify process inefficiencies.

Interpret process mining insights and translate findings into business recommendations.

Identify bottlenecks, rework loops, compliance issues, and automation opportunities.

Establish process performance metrics and KPIs.

Solution Delivery Support

Collaborate with delivery teams to translate process requirements into executable work.

Support backlog creation, requirements refinement, and solution design activities.

Validate delivered solutions against documented process requirements.

Participate in testing, user acceptance activities, and deployment readiness reviews.

Continuous Improvement & Governance

Support process optimization initiatives across supply chain functions.

Drive standardization and harmonization of business processes.

Monitor adoption of process standards and governance practices.

Contribute to enterprise process architecture and capability mapping efforts.

About You

Skills and Qualifications

Analytical, Logical and Abstract reasoning

Exceptional facilitation skills, active listening

Business requirements gathering

Strong Presentation and Communication Skills

Ability to organize data and information in a structured manner

Ability to work with multiple levels in an organization globally and influence without authority

Team player and willingness to align to a team vision and goals

Intermediate Project Management skills

SAP Signavio Process Manager

Process modeling using BPMN 2.0

Celonis Process Modeling and Mining

KPI and process performance analysis

Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint

Visio or equivalent process modeling tools

Experience:

Knowledge of industry frameworks such as APQC or VCOR or SCOR etc.

Knowledge and experience on BPM repository tools like Celonis, Signavio or similar

BPM projects leading to transformation of business processes and workflows and/or Projects leading to automation solutions for workflows

Continuous Improvement initiatives

Prior specific experience as Process Modeling, Process Analyst

Supply chain industry experience preferred

Certifications or demonstrable knowledge of (one or more):

BPM

Lean or Six Sigma or LSS

Value Stream Mapping (VSM)

Business and/or Process Architecture (BA)

Design Thinking

Technical engineering or other science discipline

Agile / SaFE
