About You

You are a Master’s student within a relevant field and hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree. Ideally, you have around 1 year left on your studies. Furthermore, you:

• Are proficient in either Python, SQL, PySpark, or APIs.
• Have an analytical approach to problem-solving, with a strong interest in how to drive business improvement using data.
• Have good communication skills and the curiosity to engage with clients on projects.
• Have experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric, dbt, or AI technologies, but if you don’t have any, no worries - we will teach you!
• Are based near Copenhagen and fluent in English.

Work Assignments

This is mainly a hands-on coding role focused on turning complex data challenges into production-ready solutions, but you will also have some client contact.

Specifically, you will:

• Build robust data pipelines and models that streamline the ingestion, transformation, and delivery of data.
• Implement and develop modern data platforms through DevOps & CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with our clients’ engineers, analysts, & business users to solve business issues and ensure lasting value.

You will be guided by & learn from our many senior data engineers.

Our Impact

Below are a few examples of our work:

• Migrated Novo's global supply chain analytics solution from Alteryx-based workflows to a governed, cloud-native architecture using dbt, Snowflake, and Azure DevOps to support enterprise-scale analytics and collaboration.
• Developed a comprehensive end-to-end data warehouse solution, featuring automated pipelines that structured dimensional data from diverse operational systems for unified analytics for a client.
• Assessed the current data landscape in Novonesis and implemented a new self-service framework to enable business users to utilise the power of the modern data stack.
