Job Title:

CNC Machining Engineer - Part-time

Minimum Qualifications:

• Enrollment in Bachelor’s Degree program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Sophomore or higher
• Willing and able to work 15-20 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prefer 3.0 GPA minimum
• Highly motivated
• Comfortable in a hands-on shop floor environment
• Hands-on mechanical experience is helpful

Salary Range Transparency:

Torrance, CA $30.00–$33.00 Hourly

CNC Machining Engineer – Part-time job for Engineering Student

Are you an Engineering student looking for hands-on CNC Machining experience?

Would you like to work part-time at a global aerospace company?

Moog’s Military Aircraft Group has an immediate part-time job opportunity for Engineering students (sophomore or higher) in the machine shop at our plant in Torrance, CA.

In this role you will gain hands-on CNC machining experience, document processes, and support production of components for aircraft flight control actuation systems (FCAS) for commercial and military aircraft. We offer competitive compensation and a friendly, comfortable work environment, where innovation and creativity are encouraged. Training will be provided, and hours will be flexible to work around your class schedule including weekdays, nights, and weekends (15-20 hours per week).
