THE ROLE

Based in our Manila Offices, you'll join a talented and supportive People team on a 6-month internship. Your mission? Power the company’s growth by contributing across the full HR spectrum – with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, while also gaining exposure to Onboarding and People & Culture initiatives.
This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in the full candidate cycle and broader HR operations, while collaborating with teams across Europe, North America, and Oceania.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Organize and maintain documents, records, and internal files
- Support data entry and ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate with different teams on administrative requests
- Help schedule meetings and manage internal communications
- Support HR and other departments with various administrative tasks
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- You have strong English communication skills, both spoken and written (mandatory);
- You’re a people person – proactive, curious, and comfortable interacting with team and other stakeholders;
- You're ambitious, eager to learn, and excited to be part of a growing international company.
