Role Description
Project Type: ETS/EHSMS audits in diversified sectors
Position Purpose:
We are seeking a highly qualified professional to conduct environmental, health, and safety audits at client facilities in Romania. The selected person will be responsible for assessing regulatory compliance, identifying non-conformities, and drafting detailed technical reports, operating with autonomy and high quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
ETS/EHSMS Audit Execution: Conducting comprehensive audits at client sites, evaluating compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ATEX, PED, Machinery Directive, and local Romanian regulations
Technical Inspections: Assessment of construction sites, oil & gas plants, energy facilities (wind, solar, biomass, combined cycle), identifying risks and non-conformities
Report Drafting: Preparation of professional, detailed audit reports compliant with Bureau Veritas standards, highlighting non-conformities and corrective actions
Regulatory Compliance Assessment: Analysis of compliance with international and local regulations (Romanian health, safety, and environmental legislation)
Document Management: Archiving, tracking, and management of audit documentation according to BV procedures
Stakeholder Coordination: Communication with clients, Bureau Veritas team, local authorities, and technical partners
Implementation Support: Technical assistance to clients for EHS management system implementation
Regulatory Updates: Continuous monitoring of local and international regulations, communication of relevant updates
Seniority Level Required
HIGH LEVEL (5-7+ years of experience in EHS/ETS auditing)
Experience
Minimum 3 years in ETS auditing with international organizations
