Onsite Coordinator

We are looking for a recruiter to work supporting recruitment on-site at Anwick, NG34 9SL

As a onsite Onsite Coordinator you will need to have:

  • Knowledge of right to work policies in the UK
  • Good people management skills
  • Confident in training and managing large groups of people
  • Time management skills and the ability to manage own workload
  • Ability to work productively under pressure
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word)

Details:

  • Pay: up to £28,000
  • Working Hours:

Monday – Friday 11:00 - 19:00

  • Location: Boston NG34 9SL
  • Duration: Temporary with Permanent opportunity

Role of a Onsite Coordinator:

  • Ensuring maximum number of vacancies are filled each week
  • Advertising vacancies and pre screening candidates
  • Carrying out group registrations
  • Presenting group inductions
  • Carrying out right to work checks on applicants
  • Ensuring all registration packs are completed to the required standard
  • Running social media campaigns, ensuring all pages are updated, messages responded to etc
  • Updating of various reports and trackers
