As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the planning and execution phases to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.

- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.

- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage complex projects and diverse teams.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.

- Ability to analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Experience in resource allocation and budget management to optimize project performance.

- Skilled in using project management tools and methodologies to track progress and deliverables.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
