Key Responsibilities:
- Complete planned and preventative electrical maintenance across production equipment
- Diagnose electrical faults and respond to equipment breakdowns
- Undertake problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete maintenance records and work confirmations through SAP
- Work closely with Mechanical Fitters, production and the wider maintenance team
Skills & Experience:
- Current electrical licence with strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or an industrial environment is highly regarded
- Automation, instrumentation, refrigeration, mechanical or dual-trade experience is advantageous
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and make sound decisions
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability and continuous improvement
- Comfortable working across a rotating roster supporting our 24/7 operation
How you will make contributions that matter:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our experienced Maintenance Team at our Kiewa site.
In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep our production equipment operating safely and reliably through planned maintenance, breakdown response, fault-finding and continuous improvement.
We’ll support you with:
- A supportive and experienced Maintenance Team with genuine autonomy in your work
- Learning and development opportunities, including potential support towards an additional trade qualification
