Why a CV for this job?

94% of employers say their filters drop qualified candidates whose CV does not match the ad's exact criteria (Harvard Business School, 2021).

  • They see what they asked for, first. Your experience that matches the ad leads, in the ad's own words, so someone skimming finds it in seconds.
  • It gets past the software. Many larger employers use software that ranks CVs by how closely they match the ad, often before anyone reads them.
  • In the language of the ad. An ad written in Spanish gets a CV in Spanish, even when yours is in Portuguese.
  • Your facts, nothing invented. Your own experience, reordered and reworded. What the ad wants and your CV does not show is listed for you to add, only if it is true. You check it before you send it.

• Mentor new team members and contribute to special projects that help improve our product and client experience.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong understanding of Exchange‑Traded Derivatives, regulatory reporting (CFTC or Exchange), and Initial/Variation Margin calculation for futures and options.

• Ability to collaborate across teams, influence decisions, and communicate complex information in a clear, client‑friendly way.

• A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to assess issues, provide solutions, and work closely with technical teams when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of trade capture, valuation, trade workflows, settlements, or collateral management.

• Experience working in capital markets, fintech, or regulated environments.

• Familiarity with global teams and cross‑time‑zone collaboration.

This position will be located in Mexico City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
