Job Purpose:
Ensure the safety, organization, and control of the school parking lot, ensuring the orderly flow of vehicles, transortation, and pedestrians.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the school parking lot and pedestrian areas.
Manage vehicle entry/exit, school transport flow, and student drop‑off/pick‑up safety.
Arrange parking for teachers and students according to assigned areas.
Keep parking zones and pedestrian pathways clear and orderly.
Provide courteous assistance to parents, visitors, and staff.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, entrances, hallways, patios, and bathrooms.
Empty trash bins and keep the parking area clean.
Report incidents, damages, or safety issues promptly.
Maintain work tools and materials in good condition.
Support general surveillance and enforcement of safety and traffic rules.
Assist during school events with traffic flow and cleanliness.
Participate in deep‑cleaning tasks, maintenance activities, and annual campus preparation.
Help with signage upkeep, line painting, and safety protocol updates.
Take part in safety, first‑aid, and evacuation training.
Qualifications:
Secondary education completed.
Knowledge in basic traffic and road‑safety rules.
Knowledge in basic emergency response and first aid.
Responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail.
Clear and courteous communication.
Effective control of vehicle and pedestrian flow.
Strong observation and teamwork skills.
Proactive and orderly.
