About the role
In the role (Probation, 6 months), you will be a member of the Group Treasury Team Pune and in charge of various treasury topics. You will work in a global team of treasury professionals with specific responsibilities, and you will assume regular as well as ad-hoc tasks.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Operationally support the financing programs with invoice collection, accounts payable oversight, reports to service providers and banks and constant communication to Group Treasury
- Regular balance sanity & checks: Regularly perform sanities on reported Balances and loans from subsidiaries, report findings to Group Treasury
- Bank Account Management: Execute regular bank A/Cs & signatory rights check and perform the bank A/C reconciliation.
- Regular Sanity Checks: Aligning and analyzing the reported figures between different treasury tools.
- FX/Loan Management: Collect, sanitize, correct, and upload transactions from subsidiaries into the treasury management system.
- Knowledge of Intercompany reconciliation & Intercompany netting.
- Ad-hoc tasks, initiatives & database management.
Education requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience
- Certification in treasury, corporate finance or AR/AP management would be a plus.
Knowledge requirements (professional, technical, language):
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
- Excellent command of MS Office especially with MS Excel
- Knowledge of treasury reporting
- Knowledge of BI took Qlik is plus
Job experience:
- Minimum experience of 2-7 yrs. in corporate treasury, banking or industrial company. Experience in global work environment is a must.
