About the role

É responsável por instalar, configurar, calibrar e reparar produtos e sistemas técnicos nos locais de campo dos clientes. Esta função executa uma variedade de tarefas de manutenção e suporte técnico e pode fornecer treinamento no local para o pessoal de suporte ao cliente.

Este perfil de trabalho destina-se a pessoal experiente em nível de suporte que geralmente trabalha de forma autônoma e só requer supervisão mais próxima em situações não rotineiras.

Principais responsabilidades

Realizar manutenção e suporte técnico em produtos e equipamentos instalados;

Solucionar, diagnosticar e resolver falhas;

Determinar quando os produtos devem ser atualizados ou substituídos;

Fornecer treinamento no local para o pessoal de suporte ao cliente;

Coordenar com as equipes de engenharia para questões complexas.

Habilidades e qualificações

Requer formação profissional e experiência de trabalho;

Fortes habilidades técnicas e diagnósticas;

Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente em ambientes de campo;

Familiaridade com os procedimentos de instalação e calibração.
