Link Force Ltd is currently seeking a Blocklayer Foreman for an ongoing project in Maugheraboy, Sligo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the blocklaying team, ensuring that work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within health and safety regulations. You will lead, organise, and coordinate the works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
- Proven experience as a Foreman
- Confident with blockwork installation and supervision
- Safepass certification is mandatory
- Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to be worn at all times on site
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
