About the role
É responsável por montar peças componentes ou produtos de acordo com os projetos ou esquemas. Esta função garante que os itens montados atendam aos padrões de qualidade e apoia a linha de produção, mantendo eficiência e precisão.
Este perfil de cargo destina-se a pessoal de apoio iniciante que segue instruções e procedimentos específicos, com supervisão prevista para situações não rotineiras. As tarefas podem ser realizadas após o treinamento básico ou demonstração.
Principais Atividades
- Desmontagem, peritagem e montagem de equipamentos rotativos (Bombas, Misturadores, Agitadores e Compressores);
- Alinhamento a Laser;
- Balanceamento de Rotores;
- Utilização de paquímetro, micrômetro, relógio comparador e súbito;
- Comissionamento e Start-up de Equipamentos;
- Identificação de componentes desgastados e elaboração de apontamentos técnicos;
- Emissão de Relatórios técnicos;
- Atuação em Campo (Field Service).
Requisitos Básicos
- Conhecimento e interpretação de desenhos e vistas explodidas;
- Conhecimento de alinhamento básico de conjuntos rotativos;
- Noções de metrologia, controle dimensional e conhecimento de lubrificantes;
- Noções de hidráulica aplicada a bombas;
- Disponibilidade para Viagem quando solicitado (atuação híbrida: Serra e Jundiaí).
