PROJECT OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our team and build scalable, business-focused solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

In this role, you will work hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, plugins, and custom connectors, contributing to the design and development of enterprise applications. You will also be involved in application lifecycle management and deployment processes using Azure DevOps.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical developer who can translate business requirements into robust Power Platform solutions and work effectively within a modern development environment.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales or Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification.
  • Experience working with Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Build and customize Power Apps, with a strong focus on Model-Driven Apps.
  • Develop automated business processes and workflows using Power Automate.
  • Design, configure, and extend Microsoft Dataverse solutions.
  • Develop and maintain plugins and other custom business logic where required.
  • Build and integrate custom connectors and APIs with external systems.
  • Work with development and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Follow best practices for Power Platform development, security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Support application lifecycle management (ALM) across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Use Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, work tracking, and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Power Platform applications and integrations.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and development standards.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

IF YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps / Power Platform.
  • Strong experience developing Model-Driven Apps.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate.
  • Experience developing and working with Power Platform plugins.
  • Experience creating and consuming custom connectors and APIs.
  • Practical experience with ALM and deployment processes using Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, security, and development best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
