Telesales (Sustainability Business)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Sustainability Advisory, Verification, Validation, Assurance and Certification services, including project coordination, data collection, technical review, documentation preparation, report drafting, and other project execution activities in accordance with applicable standards and Bureau Veritas procedures.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations are effectively managed and achieved.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, customer records, technical reports, presentations, and other service-related materials in accordance with Bureau Veritas management systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, support customer engagement activities, and provide information regarding Bureau Veritas sustainability services and solutions.
• Conduct market research, monitor sustainability regulations and industry developments, identify business opportunities, and support business growth initiatives within the sustainability sector.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, and Technical teams to achieve business objectives, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure service excellence, while performing other duties assigned by the Sustainability Manager.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
• Experience in sustainability, environmental, certification, consulting, project coordination, customer service, or business support roles is preferred.
• Strong interest in sustainability topics, including GHG, ESG, LCA, EPD, CBAM, climate-related services, and other sustainability solutions.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret technical and business information and present findings in a clear and professional manner.
• Good project coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenges and respond effectively to client requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant business tools.
• Good command of written and spoken English
