Il tuo ruolo come Manager di Store:

• Trascorrerai la maggior parte della tua giornata sul piano vendita, lavorando a stretto contatto con il tuo team, i clienti e il prodotto;

• Guiderai, formerai e farai crescere gruppi numerosi, contribuendo allo sviluppo delle persone;

• Analizzerai i KPI e supporterai il miglioramento continuo delle performance commerciali;

• Ti occuperai della gestione degli ordini di merce;

• Contribuirai a garantire un’esperienza cliente eccellente.

Qualifiche

Candidati subito se:

• Sei una persona dinamica, proattiva e con un forte spirito di leadership;

• Hai esperienza manageriale nel settore Retail o GDO;

• Hai esperienza nella gestione e sviluppo di team;

• Sei disponibile al trasferimento immediato sul territorio nazionale – con la possibilità di esprimere una preferenza tra Area Nord o Area Centro-Sud.
