Link-Force Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Director for a leading residential construction company for projects across Wicklow. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale residential developments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. They will manage planning, scheduling, coordinating resources, and supervising site teams to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. The role requires strategic leadership and close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success from inception to completion.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record as a Construction Director or senior management role
- Extensive experience managing large-scale residential projects
- Expertise in project planning, budget management, and timeline control
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
