Engineer, Digital Measurement Platform & Applications (Full Stack)

Job Overview

Develop fit for purpose applications, backend services, integrations, and platform capabilities to support digital measurement, healthcare, and AI/ML-enabled products. Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade applications, APIs, backend services, data workflows, and supporting capabilities that enable the delivery of analytics, machine learning, and digital measurement products. Test for viability in order to deliver reliable, scalable, and production-ready solutions. Able to bring newly developed technologies and engineering concepts into reality quickly and on a large scale.

Essential Functions

• Facilitates the development of application, backend, integration, and platform capabilities on individual projects and/or products with guidance and support from others.

• Designs, develops, and maintains applications, APIs, backend services, and workflow integrations supporting digital measurement and AI/ML-enabled products.

• Develops understanding of new architectures, technologies, and engineering approaches through working alongside software engineers, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and architects.

• Builds and supports applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, and data workflows that leverage analytics, digital measurement, and AI/ML capabilities.

• Uses a variety of techniques in order to improve the performance, reliability, usability, scalability, and maintainability of applications, services, and integrations.

• Facilitates the testing and validation of applications, services, integrations, and product capabilities to determine viability for production deployment with guidance and support from others.

• Collaborates with engineers, data scientists, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver product features and technical solutions.

• Contributes to software quality, testing, documentation, and engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

• 5+ years' experience designing, building, and supporting software applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, or data-driven solutions

• Experience developing applications, APIs, backend services, and cloud-native solutions

• Programming experience using Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or equivalent

• Experience developing modern web applications using React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks

• Experience integrating applications with AI/ML models, data processing, analytics, or machine learning-enabled services

• Experience working with real-world datasets and data-driven applications

• Experience with software testing, version control, CI/CD, and engineering best practices

• Experience collaborating across engineering, product, data science, and architecture teams
