Job Description

  • Assist in mechanical maintenance and process optimization for tire production equipment.
  • Support data collection and analysis for performance improvement.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and propose technical solutions.
  • Contribute to documentation and reporting for engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on industrial engineering and product industrialization tasks.
  • Create or update mechanical designs and drawings using SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.

Qualifications

  • Student at a Technical University;
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial processes;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor (CAD design) - is a plus;
  • Good communication skills in English;
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings - is a plus;
  • Pneumatic/hydraulic knowledge and schematics - is a plus;
  • Availability for a full-time schedule (8h);
  • Availability to spend time on the shopfloor;
  • Attention for details;
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn;
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
