Job Description

Position Objectives

  • To trouble shooting and analyzing failure device or PCBA board and to ensure line FOR meeting target.
  • To ensure failure device or PCBA board is analyze completed on time as to fulfill LOP requirements.
  • To update Debug reports on time and up to date.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Trouble shooting and analyzing failure device or PCBA boards.
  • To analyze problems using problem solving technique (BPS’s Problem Solving Sheet, %-Why, etc) and provide timely temporary and permanent countermeasure to achieve Sales Test (PDI) and FOR target.
  • Responsible for daily shift fall of rate report and input into MIS.
  • Assist superior to carry out various study for quality improvement.
  • To liaise with engineer groups for new product knowledge.
  • To liaise with engineers for any NTF improvement.
  • Create an environment that I culturally embedded in a “Quality First” mentality.
  • Instill a continuous improvement mentality to production operator level.
  • To complete schedule jobs provide by superior.
  • To assist superior to 5S and housekeeping process.
  • Basic ISO9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO/TS 16949 awareness.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or certificate in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Beginner 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Debug troubleshooting in ICT or Testing background)
  • Able to maintain a healthy working environment and teamwork in the department.
  • Able to lead a team in cross functional way to solve the problem.
