Job Description

Responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de la calidad del producto y del proceso en las líneas de producción mediante la aplicación de herramientas clave de calidad (PFMEA, Plan de Control, PDCA), liderando actividades de resolución de problemas e impulsando iniciativas de mejora continua para prevenir defectos, reducir la variación y cumplir con los requisitos del cliente y regulatorios.

Qualifications

1. Resolución de problemas

2. Análisis de fallas

3. SAP

4. Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad

5. Ownership of customer complaints for manufacturing

6. Track & report IDC and FOR

7. Participate and supports line releases, taking full responsibility after SOP

8. Products are in compliance with design rules, manufacturability is ensured.

9. Quality tools (Maturity assessments, Quality Gates, Problem solving techniques) are effectively used
