职位概述

负责雷达产品硬件相关的客户项目测试工作（涵盖环境耐久、EMC、电子电气、CAN 物理层等测试），统筹协调并执行测试全流程，确保项目按时保质完成。

岗位职责

  • 协助建立本地雷达硬件测试能力及测试资源库。
  • 分析客户对硬件测试的需求，制定相应测试计划。
  • 接收测试任务，统筹安排内部及外部测试资源。
  • 依据客户要求，进行测试前的样件、设备、辅料等准备工作。
  • 对接内外部实验室，完成询价、资源预定及商务沟通。
  • 测试过程中协调各方人员，定期向项目组汇报进度。
  • 测试出现异常时，组织分析原因并推动问题闭环。
  • 测试结束后，撰写测试报告及相关技术文档。
  • 完成上级交代的其他专项工作。

Qualifications

任职资格

基本要求

  • 学历：机械、电子或相关专业，本科及以上学历。
  • 经验：3 年以上电子行业可靠性验证或硬件测试工作经验。
  • 技能：熟悉 OEM 硬件测试标准（如环境、EMC、电气性能等）；具备环境测试及带电测试实操经验者优先；良好的英语读写能力，能阅读英文技术资料；优秀的沟通协调能力及问题分析与解决能力。

优先条件

  • 了解质量保证方法或统计工具（如 SPC、FMEA 等）者优先。
