Descrizione del lavoro

La risorsa si occuperà di tutti gli aspetti inerenti la gestione societaria delle SPV in particolare:

  • Supporto al General Manager e/o al Presidente del CdA nei rapporti con il concedente per la gestione della Convenzione;
  • Supporto al General Manager o direttamente nella gestione del contratto di EPC e di O&M costituiti tra SPV e Soci Fornitori (o RTI di Soci Fornitori).
  • Gestione di tutti gli aspetti di Governance legati alle SPV di competenza;
  • Gestione dei rapporti con le banche e/o enti finanziatori;
  • Supervisione e monitoraggio degli aspetti tecnico/operativi della gestione delle SPV di competenza;
  • Assemblaggio e valutazione delle informazioni di natura legale e societaria;
  • Gestione delle polizze assicurative del contratto di concessione;
  • Produzione della reportistica contrattuale raccogliendo le informazioni dalle diverse strutture interne ed esterne coinvolte nel processo.

Qualifiche

  • Laurea in ingegneria gestionale/energetica o economia;
  • Approfondita conoscenza dei principali modelli di partenariato pubblico privato (Project Financing, Project leasing, PPP…);
  • Conoscenza approfondita del contesto normativo legato agli appalti pubblici e al PPP;
  • Preferibile provenienza da contesti similari in ambito di società di servizi o consulenza.

Cosa offriamo:

  • Contratto di lavoro a Tempo Indeterminato,
  • Range retributivo annuale tra € 43.000 e € 50.000 in base all'effettiva esperienza maturata
