Descripción del empleo

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Coordinador administrativo y financiero para apoyar al Gerente Administrativo y Financiero en el enlace con el CSC y las labores administrativas y financieras de la UN.

Principales funciones:

  • Realizar separación en la fuente de responder por la adecuada presentación y entrega oportuna de los informes exigidos por el corporativo.
  • Diligenciamiento de fichas de altas y bajas de activos fijos.
  • Revisión, análisis y depuración de las cuentas contables.
  • Envío de información a solicitudes de Revisoría Fiscal y Auditoría Externa.
  • Apoyo en la elaboración de presupuesto, flash, forecast y revisados.

Requisitos

Administrador financiero, contador público, economista, administrador de empresa o ingeniero industrial. Con mínimo un año (1) de experiencia en funciones relacionadas con gestión de almacenes e inventarios, coordinacion de seguridad física, procesos administrativos y/o financieros.
