Job Description

1. 负责雷达/摄像头/域控等产品里场景分析、行为预测、决策规划模块的开发：

• 包括道路模型融合、交通参与者行为预测、自车行为决策规划等模块的开发

• 相关模块和系统的性能KPI评估，问题分析和优化

2. 支持相关工具的搭建、开发：

• 包括可视化分析工具，数据挖掘，KPI评估工具和仿真工具

Qualifications

1. 学历与专业‌：

• 硕士及以上学历‌，计算机/自动化/电子工程/信息工程/车辆工程/数学/物理等专业‌

2. 工作背景：

• 候选人的背景可以是行为决策规划，雷达感知，AEX(AEB/AES)功能开发，测试，系统

• 或者其他对智能驾驶方向有热情，软件开发能力较强的候选人

3. 技术能力‌：

• 精通C++，Python，熟悉Matlab • 熟悉AUTOSAR架构及嵌入式开发

• 具备AEX（AEB/AES）开发经验，熟悉开发交付的完整过程者优先

• 熟悉道路模型及其融合的算法，熟悉行为预测，决策规划相关常用算法者优先

• 熟悉雷达感知，了解常用的感知融合算法，常见问题及解决方向者优先

• 具备ADAS量产项目开发交付经验，熟悉L2/L2++的功能链路，熟悉ISO 26262等功能安全流程者优先

4. 软性要求‌：

• 英语流利，可以进行技术文档撰写与会议沟通

• 灵活高效，积极主动，责任心强，学习能力强，善于解决问题和协作沟通

• 具备较好的文档能力和复盘的习惯
