Why a CV for this job?

必须

  • 本科及以上，计算机 / 软件工程等相关专业
  • 扎实的软件工程基础，熟悉完整 SDLC；熟练掌握 Python（团队主力语言）
  • 具备大模型应用的生产落地经验 —— 不只是 Demo 或 POC，能说清楚线上遇到的问题和怎么解决的
  • 熟悉 Agent / RAG / 向量数据库的工程实现，了解其失效模式而不只是 happy path
  • 熟悉至少一种 Agent 开发框架：LangGraph / LangChain / OpenAI Agent SDK 等
  • 熟悉 Git、CI/CD、Code Review、自动化测试等研发流程

对接既有系统：需与已有内部工具链集成，不是推倒重来

不绑定单一厂商：不锁定特定芯片 / 云 / 模型厂商，架构需保持可替换
