Qualifications
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily service routes to support timely, efficient customer service.
- Partner with service and call center teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Use data and technology to improve routing, productivity, and efficiency.
- Communicate across departments to resolve issues and adjust to changing schedules.
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized, accurate, and dependable.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with processes, data, and changing priorities.
- Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.

- Skilled at coordinating complex routing schedules under pressure.
- Relentless about meeting commitments and delivering great service.
- Collaborative, clear, and comfortable communicator across all levels of the business.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.
- Agile enough to adjust processes and keep operations running smoothly.

Preferred: Experience in logistics, routing, or supply chain.
Also Welcome: Recent college graduates with customer service experience who enjoy organization, technology, and data-driven problem solving.
