Therefore, all field employees will be cross-trained in various trades such as millwrighting, pipefitting, welding, sheet metal, civil, etc. The focus of this position will be with hands-on work with the additional oversight of the installation, dismantle, or movement of machinery and heavy equipment according to layout plans, rigging plans, blueprints, or other drawings by performing the following duties....
