Overview
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply Nashville Distribution Center located in Antioch, TN. Chick-fil-A Supply is a distribution service provider focused entirely on serving the unique needs of Chick-fil-A® restaurants. We are in the early stages of development and is a dynamic, fast-paced work environment focused on launching this new service to Restaurants across the nation and we’re looking for the best Team Members in our industry!
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM until the work is done:
- 4 Days per Wek(4 10 hour days)
- The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts occasionally
Location: 3872 Logistics Way, Antioch, TN 37013
Pay: Starting at $22 per hour

Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
- Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
- Communication and Care: Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with.
- Additional Opportunities and Professional Development: Other duties and growth opportunities may also be assigned.
Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
- Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
- Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking): to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.
Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
- Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus.
