  • Leading line balance activity (high runner change, machine parameter optimization in daily production) through AI solutions.
  • Focus on high performance line stable output, by timely visualizing performance loss through AI solutions.
  • Work loading analysis and standard HC reduction for direct productivity improvement.
  • Standardized work (PQI and Stab) and continuous improvement.
  • QCO time reduction and standard documentation.
  • BP and 1A routing related work.
  • HC and OT planning.
  • Attandance management.
  • Digital transformation project for data visualization, process simplification and efficiency improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1~2 years of IE work experience
  • IE knowledge, Project management, CoSo Product Management, PBI, Python
