Job Description

  • Design, and deploy machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning to improve production efficiency.
  • Implement, fine-tune, and maintain Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI models, and other deep learning architectures.
  • Explore and evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and techniques to enhance solution effectiveness.
  • Integrate AI models into production systems & Optimize model performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data, models, or system integration.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams using AI tools or solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, AI Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced writing and communicate in English.
  • Experience with generative AI tools, 2–5 years of experience deploying AI/ML models into production environments.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Hands-on experience in building, training, and evaluating AI models.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical ideas.
