职位描述

全面负责公司自动驾驶、智能座舱域控制器及车载软件产品的功能安全体系规划、落地与持续优化，搭建符合 ISO 26262 等国际标准的安全流程与组织能力，支撑智驾与座舱产品量产合规与安全可靠。

  • 主导建立并落地覆盖自动驾驶、智能座舱全生命周期的功能安全管理体系，满足 ISO 26262、ASPICE 等要求。
  • 牵头项目功能安全交付：制定安全计划、开展危害分析与风险评估、确定 ASIL 等级，主导技术安全概念与系统安全设计。
  • 组织 FMEA、FTA、DFA 等安全分析，跟踪安全机制验证与确认，推动问题闭环。
  • 对接客户、第三方认证机构，完成功能安全审核、认证与量产准入。
  • 搭建功能安全团队，制定流程、模板、工具链，提升整体安全能力。
  • 跨部门协同系统、软件、硬件、测试、质量，推动安全文化与安全左移。
  • 搭建功能安全文化，强化公司内外部，包含客户端、市场、法规制定场景中博世功能安全的影响力

职位要求

  • 8 年以上汽车电子 / 自动驾驶 / 智能座舱功能安全工作经验，3 年以上团队管理经验。
  • 精通 ISO 26262 全流程，具备完整量产项目功能安全交付与认证经验。
  • 熟悉自动驾驶（感知 / 规划 / 控制）、智能座舱、域控制器、SoC、OS 等技术架构。
  • 具备客户对接、审核应对、项目风险把控与复杂问题推动能力。
