Your Responsibilities
- Delivery & installation: safely deliver and install Miele appliances in customer homes, including complex installations and premium products
- Team support & training: provide on-the-job coaching and refresher training for new and existing installers
- Customer experience: deliver a professional and elevated service experience that reflects the Miele brand
- Logistics & warehouse support: assist with route preparation, warehouse operations and fleet support activities as required Safety & compliance: maintain compliance with all OH&S, transport and company procedures to ensure safe operations
- Documentation & systems: complete required delivery documentation, device setup and reporting accurately and efficiently
- Continuous improvement: support team collaboration, share knowledge and contribute to improving delivery and installation processes
Must-have:
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to represent a premium brand
- Leadership capability with the confidence to support and train team members
- Safe and reliable driving history
- Strong time management and ability to work effectively to schedules
- Physical capability to undertake manual handling duties
Nice-to-have:
- MR truck and/or forklift licence
- Experience in final mile delivery, appliance installation or logistics operations
- Previous experience in the whitegoods or premium appliance industry
- Basic IT skills and experience using warehouse or logistics systems
